    Returns

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at (your email here) with photos of the issue and your order details. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or repair.

    Shipping Issues

    Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping provider.

    Custom Orders

    All custom-built items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, materials and production may already be in progress.
